“The Civic twins”

My mother and me as twins, giving orders to one more me, standing live in the room, surrounded by the public. The twins are kind of evil and are the actual active, living part of the performance, even though they are on a screen, filmed, as if beamed from a parallel alien universe. The live Ivan in the room is passive and follows every order the evil Civic twins give him. The idea was, among others, to ridiculise the pain performances from the seventies. The piece is also about family structure and the way people tend to bond in the most perverted ways. Mine was just a different point of view to what we all live in a family every day.
